My primary research interest is the development of compact, eye safe,
and automated differential absorption
lidars
(
DIALs
) to profile atmospheric trace gases.
In particular, I am focused on the development of
CODI,
a DIAL which profiles water vapor.
I am currently also involved in the redesign of
HRDL,
a wind-profiling Doppler lidar.
